For the past couple years, my skin has gotten worse. Nothing seemed to really help. Acne washes, cremes, etc. I kept getting small to large breakouts almost daily. From my forehead to cheeks. The ones on my cheeks were the most painful and lasted forever. I've taken zinc in the past before, and it seemed to help a bit, but gave me the most painful stomach aches sometimes.This product works great! And, I have not gotten any stomach pains. I've been taking it for about 2 months now, and feel comfortable without any make up on. I used to have to at least put on some concealer before ever leaving the house. This product started to clear up my skin within a couple weeks.. and I take 2 pills a day after lunch. Others have noticed my skin looks better too, and asks me if I have any make up on... and I am happy to answer, "Nope! I don't!" I have tried EVERYTHING otc! I take 2 at night because, they seem to upset my stomach. But, I have seen a huge improvement. I would definitely recommend trying it. I have had cystic acne( stress and hormone induced) since around 22 and tried proactive, tetracycline. Now, in my 30's those things are too harsh for me to use. Lavender oil really helps with the big ones under my skin. A couple drops rubbed in twice a day before it gets to the surface and poof they are gone.I was hesitant to use oil but, it works and is slightly drying.
